Description
A Physician Assistant or nurse practitioner, while practicing medicine under the protocols of a supervising! CV Surgeon, will utilize his/her skills, knowledge, and experience to obtain complete medical histories, perform comprehensive examinations, order and initially interpret diagnostic laboratory and radiological studies, collaborates with patient and supervising CV Surgeon in the planning of therapeutic interventions for the care of this patient population.
Qualifications
Education:
Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university and have completed a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Education Program approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA)
Experience:
One year CV experience preferred.
Licenses/Certificates:
Licensed in the state of Mississippi as a P.A. required
