About You

Having an excellent command of the written and spoken word is a must as you will be the face of Cohealo to our cust! omers.
The Role

We are looking to build our custo! mer advocate team positioning you at the very heart of the business. You will act as Cohealo’s voice within our customer community, creating and building relationships with our customers. You will manage customer satisfaction and proactively address new opportunities to expand and strengthen each facilities clinical offerings to their physicians and community.

Every day will be fast paced and diverse; one day you could be helping a Neurosurgeon access to the latest tumor resection technology that was previously not available at his hospital, you could help a hospital in a rural setting expand the types of orthopedic treatment options for their community, and you could help two sister hospitals collaborate on a new purchase for GYN surgery. You will be a part of something truly special each and every day: linking patients with life saving technology in a whole new way. Responsibilities

Report through the Chief Sales Officer

Manage customer relationships to solve customer queries in an efficient and timely manner focusing on ‘getting it right the first time, all the time’

Identify new collaboration opportunities within their internal and external networks

Identify opportunities for us to improve our service and adapt to local market conditions, by coordinating with other internal support functions like operations and development

Monitor surgery case volume to proactively manage customers needs today while planning for tomorrow

Enhance our online knowledge base as new features and queries arise

Diagnose technical issues and be point of contact on resolving them with our engineering team

Minimum Requirements

3+ years of experience in a high touch customer sup! port role

1+ years of experience in healthcare

Able t! o work a non-traditional work-week frequently (not Monday-Friday)

Proficient in Microsoft office suite and Google apps

Fluent in English
