Responsibilities
As an Education Training Assistant you will assist with didactic and practical education programs for multiple groups and the development and implementation of best practice information. Collaborating with laboratory leadership in identifying and planning of laboratory education needs will be one of your opportunities as an Education Training Assistant. Additional areas of responsibility will be assisting in the development of educational programs for new trainees and the retention of trained staff.
You will maintain laboratory staff competencies and compliance, help troubleshoot errors, complete documentation, and monitor educational needs of staff. This position is located at the Superior Drive Support Center where parking is available.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have either:
- High school diploma or GED and 2 years relevant experience
or
- Associate degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Effective oral, written, listening and coaching skills coupled with didactic and "hands on" teaching skills are essential.
- Good human relation skills

Compensation Detail
Experience, and tenure, along with internal equity will be considered when an offer is extended. The pay range for this position is $20.11 - $28.20 / hour.

Monday - Friday, regular business hours. This is a remote role, Rochester MN based so there is the need for flexibility to be onsite to support the teams onsite in Rochester as needed.
