Human Resources Generalist


 

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for most human resources matters at CoachCare. This position will work closely with the Controller and Director of Finance and will have high visibility with the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President. The Human Resources Generalist will play a pivotal role in defining Human Resources strategy and the culture of the organization.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to the Company’s needs
  • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and warning letters
  • Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
  • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
  • Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
  • Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain compliance
  • Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
  • Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant human resources experience
  • Demonstrated recruitment experience and success
  • Understanding of current employee related rules and regulations
  • A desire to support all employees to ensure they maximize their productivity and potential
  • Experience and/or a desire to work in small teams and help build a business from the ground up
  • An entrepreneurial, “let’s get it done” attitude and willingness to play multiple roles
  • An understanding of the importance of delivering beyond expectations and ahead of schedule

Compensation & Reporting

CoachCare offers a competitive base salary and benefits package. This position will report to the Controller and Director of Finance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,942.70 - $54,124.54 per year
