Coordinates a wide variety of administrative, fiscal, and technical activities to ensure efficient operation of all clinical laboratories. Coordinates the activities of staff in performing assays to generate clinical data for diagnosis and treatment of disease.Requires certification as a Medical Technologist by American Society for Clinical Pathologists (ASCP). !
Masters degree preferred. Must have seven years as a ! bench medical technologist experience to also, include three years in management with proven managerial skills. Must have previous experience growing an outreach business side of the lab as well. Will be managing a staff of 100 plus employees in our busy reference lab.
