Installs computer based systems. Determines required software and hardware.
Diagnoses, repairs, maintains, and upgrades all hardware and software to ensure optimal workstation performance. Troubleshoots ! problem areas in a timely and accurate manner, and provides en! dâ€"user assistance where required. Provides dayâ€"toâ€"day support. Provides maintenance as assigned.
Reports to Support/Helpdesk Supervisor.Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Must have a minimum of five years support tech experience required; Industry certifications preferred along with A+ certfication and Microsoft Certified Professional.Working knowledge of networking and communications protocols; Working knowledge of Active Directory and network services (DNS, DHCP, WINS) a plus.
