This is all inbound calls. You complete the training and become certified to work with them and then you start selecting your shifts. You are an independent contractor, and you will receive 1099 at the end of the year. All you need is a computer, noise canceling headset, high-speed internet (and sometimes a softphone). We are looking for an Inbound Customer Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, remain organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to management on customer service issues.
