As a Growth Operation, you will be responsible for growing and optimizing some of the company's most strategic partners' accounts and will have a key role in leading these partners to achieve growth and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- B.A/BSc in relevant field.
- Excellent analytical skills - attention to details, ability to digest data and translating it to actionable outcomes.
- Solid understanding of the online advertising world.
- Business minded, creative and out of the box thinker.
- Well organized, responsible and multi-task.
- Independent, self-motivated and fast learner with Fluent English.
Role:
- Grow and optimize strategic accounts.
- Work collaboratively with local and international operations and sales teams to drive revenue growth with customers.
- Closely monitor results to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Analyze performance in order to optimize and scale existing accounts and create insights for global sales teams.
- Analyzing, AB testing and optimizing the product and user experience to maximize unit economics.
- Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams.
