This software will automate the production of personalized printed communications often referred to as Variable Data Printing.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the effective maintaining our warehouse space under the direction of production. You will be working in a dynamic team ensuring commitments are met in a timely manner. Good organisation skills are a must for this position. Prior warehouse experience is preferable, however training will be provided as required.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintaining our warehouse space, keeping it a clean and safe working environment and optimising space utilisation.
· Ensuring all goods that come in match relevant paperwork. I.e., paper orders, promotional material
· Actively answering the door of warehouse- most likely goods coming in.
· Reporting any discrepancies immediately about any stock received in.
· Running some packing machines
· Maintaining order and cleanliness
· Keeping work area and machinery clean and tidy
· Following procedures and guidelines to jobs that are assigned to you.
Qualifications and Skills
· Ability to work independently and good knowledge of the computer
· Having a hardworking can-do attitude.
· Ability to make and read measurements and also ability to read, understand and carry out written as well as verbal instructions
· Quality oriented
· Good organisational skills and an ability to multi-task
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dún Laoghaire, CO. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Forklift licence (preferred)
