Location: Flowood Mississippi

Description: River Oaks Hospital is hiring ASC RN Circulator right now, this position will be placed in Mississippi. More details about this position opportunity kindly read the description below.

• Participates as a team member in support of the total Perioperative process
• Performs comprehensive assessment of the pediatric patient’s clinical condition and psychosocial needs

during ! the Perioperative period

• Ensures patient’s readiness for surgery through assessment, findings, completed orders and documentation · Prepares OR with necessary supplies and equipment in anticipation of scheduled procedures; makes

assessments based on surgeon preference and communicates needs in a timely manner

• Assists OR team members, surgeons and anesthesiologists accordingly
• Assists other members of the Perioperative team throughout the entirety of the surgical procedure
• Acts as the patient advocate; ensures safety and privacyProvides continuity of care by communicating with

other Perioperative personnel, professional staff, patients, families and visitors

Requirements

Required

1. High school graduate or GED certificate recipient

2. Graduate of accredited school of nursing

3. RN with active license in appropriate state

4. BLS certified
5. ACLS and PALS (if applicable for patient population) wit! hin 6 months of hire

6. Leadership qualities

7. Strong ethical and moral character references

8. Language skills adequate for high-level written, interpersonal, and telephone communication

in American English

9. Must be able to provide proof of identity and their right to work in the United States.

Preferred

1. Prefer Perioperative outpatient experience

2. ASC experience

3. Computer literacy
