Primary Duties:
We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual who can tackle the following responsibilities like a champion:
- Collaborate with sales for social media postings
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables for campaigns
- Support creation and editing of marketing content
- Manage content calendars and schedules
- Communicate market potential/opportunity to increase market share
- Assist in managing digital marketing channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events
- Understand the competitive landscape and maintain SWOT analysis
- Develop market intelligence on buyers and their criteria
What You Need for This Role:
If you're nodding your head and thinking, "This sounds like my kind of gig," here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
- BA or BS degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant Marketing and B2B business experience; fastener product marketing experience will be helpful but is not required.
- Pragmatic Marketing Certification or Agile Marketing knowledge preferred.
- Exhibit a strong sense of urgency for executing strategic plans and achieving revenue goals
- Team player, able to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams/departments including engineering, production, sales and finance.
- Highly analytical, able to extract key information to develop insights and recommendations
- Knowledge of Hubspot and Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Applications
