- Define functional requirements and provide design specifications for the products managed
- Strong experience in workforce management products including Time & Labor, Absence Management and Scheduling products
- Lead and guide the UX and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery to the provided specifications
- Build and maintain customer relationships to validate and refine product designs; prioritize product roadmap

- Work with internal and external teams to ensure successful delivery and uptake of the delivered features and functions.
- Provide leadership and expertise in the product / function being managed for the engineering, documentation and support teams
- Work with different teams (UX, Strategy, Engg) to prioritize product functions and features
- Collaborate with information development and support teams to build training materials and documentation for the product functions / features being delivered
