Description: LocumTenens.com is at present recruited ***Gastroenterologist Needed in Mississippi this August*** right now, this position will be placed in Mississippi. Detailed specification about this position opportunity please read the description below. A facility in northwest Mississippi is looking for a GI to come in and cover full-time from August 6th through the end of September. This can become a locums to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
There will be clinic and call coverage and the call schedule is flexible and can be worked out with the facility. However, the candidate must take 15 nights of call per month.
Current schedule is Mon, Wed, Fri outpatient clinic and scopes on Tu/Thu. ERCP is required as well as BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. The client prefers a Board Certified candidate.
