CARTER LIPPMAN GROUP (REQ VFM0309K)
Job Summary/Purpose:
Assumes responsibility and accountability for strategic plan! ning and success of surgery services. Areas of responsibility are increase volume that have strategic and financial impact on current and future success of surgery services. Coordinates the development and marketing of new services and strategic planning for surgical services. Contributes to the success of the hospital through achievement of system, hospital and departmental goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: BSN Required
Experience:
Minimum Five years experience in Surgical Services required. Three years demonstrated competency in management required.
Additional:
Flexibility in work schedule with ability to travel to other sites. Requires knowledge, skills and abilities in the area of operations and systems management, program development, human resource management, quality and customer service management, and clinical or technical knowledge of work performed in assigned areas.
