Crossgates River Oaks Hospital, located in the greater Jackson Metro area,is seeking a Board Certified General Orthopedic Surgeon to start a new practice due to the growing need in! the community:
Hospital employed â" no cap on income!
First and second year guaranteed salary up to $500,000 depending on experience and oneâs ability to produce at this level;
wRVU production bonus â" unlimited potential with strong work ethic;
Strong referral base of employed primary care physicians;
Documented community need â" patient draw area of 232,000 (PSA);
Unreferred ER call is 10 days or less; Level IV ER = no trauma;
Hospitalists available to assist with admissions;
Stipend and/or medical education loan repayment available;
Comprehensive benefit package â" including paid vacation/holidays/CME;
occurrence based malpractice with extended reporting coverage; health/dental/vision
insurance; 401(k) with option to participate in Physiciansâ Tax Advantage Wealth Program;
Board certification required;
Crossgates River Oaks Hospital, a 149 medical! surgical facility, is located in Brandon, Rankin County, Miss! issippi, just ten minutes east of Jackson which is the Stateâs capital. Crossgates River Oaks Hospital (formerly Rankin Medical Center) is a 134-bed, acute-care facility known for its commitment to providing family-oriented an! d quality patient care to residents of Rankin County and the surrounding areas since 1969. The hospital delivers a wide range of services and offers 24-hour emergency care. Home to Mississippi's only inpatient burn center, Crossgates was chosen as the 2009 Hospital of the Year by the Mississippi Nurses' Association. The hospital is a Level IV trauma center, has four OR suites, an ICCU, and offers a wide variety of specialty and surgical services.
