Previous 1â€"2 years experience preferred but not required. Certification a plus.
Previous cardiac and/or venous experience preferred.Responsible for the care and safety of the patients under their care. Included within this assignment is the responsibility for organization and preparation of instrumentation an! d equipment for surgical procedures, equipment/instruments and! all aspects of infection control and safety. Pushes, pulls, moves, and/or lifts heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds), supplies and/or patients. Exposure to infection from diseaseâ€"bearing specimens, may be exposed to infections and contagious diseases.
