Oversees the Nutrition and Food Service Department and all related food service and clinical nutrition activities.Master's Degree is preferred, BS degree required. A knowledge of foods/nutrition, food pr! eparation, managerial techniques, and clinical dietetics are required at a minimum. Prefer at least five years of experience as a Director in a 300 bed hospital or larger. Sufficient previous experience as Assistant Director, or Chief Clinical Dietitian is preferred.
