The Learning and Development Specialist will support the development of resources & strategic initiatives that contribute to the client experience. The role will involve collaboration with internal stakeholders to analyze & optimize current training resources, documentation, and programs to create an optimal self-help experience for our customers.

What you’ll do:
Support organizational initiatives to enhance the client experience by updating or optimizing the design, layout, and content of existing resources, documentation, and programs used to educate clients on our product
- Create and maintain documentation to support existing and new features, products, and services.
Proactively drive new content development based on client feedback, search results, case resolutions, customer usage and consumption patterns, commonly asked questions, and AI data results
Design, develop, and manage all training programs on product information for clients.
Gather and define business and technical requirements for projects, features, and enhancements.
Collaborate and consult with business SMEs to determine effective training solutions for internal and external training.
Presents learning and development programs using various forms and formats including online courses, knowledge base articles, webinars, and videos.
Identify strategic learning solutions using current trends and practices in Adult Education
What you’ll bring:
Strong Communication skills (both written and oral), with an ability to articulate complex technical information clearly.
Proven experience in working across a global team while building relationships with multiple stakeholders and third parties.
Project management skills, including successful delivery to long term project goals, working to tight deadlines, and managing with limited resources in a matrixed organization.
A high level of customer awareness and commercial focus
Ability to merchandise and curate content based on customer behaviour and intended audience.
Additional preferred qualifications:
Previous experience with an LMS or CRM application – a strong technical aptitude for software is required.
Expert or experienced with Zendesk, JIRA, and Confluence
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Experience in adult learning or technical writing is highly desirable.
