High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with hospital business office experience, knowledge of insurance benefits, and skill in interpreting policies preferred. Abi! lity to use cash register; verbal and written communication skills. Reviews all pre-admissions, inpatient and outpatient surgery admissions to ensure that complete and accurate financial information and documentation is available. At least 6 months- a year of previous experience.
